Something not working?

Write to us. There is no ticket portal and no chatbot — messages go to the people who wrote the software, and we answer them ourselves.

Before you write

A report we can act on beats a long one. If you can, include:

  • Which app and which version, and the operating system version on every device involved.
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • Whether it happens every time, or only sometimes.

A clear description from you is the most useful thing we can get. It tells us more than any automated report would, and it is what turns a vague symptom into a fix.

Souvenir account and connector safety

  • Never email us a recovery code, access token, trip key or provider authorization code.
  • Support cannot recover a lost recovery code. If a signed-in device remains, use the account controls there; otherwise a lost code can make the optional account unrecoverable.
  • For connector help, include the provider, Souvenir version, operating-system version and whether the failure happened during linking, reading or writing—without including trip contents or secrets.
  • To stop access immediately, turn off AI access in Souvenir. For a complete account-overlay purge, use Delete Account and keep the app open until it confirms completion.

Refunds

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple and Google respectively, and refunds must be requested from them — we have no ability to issue a refund for a store purchase. For software bought directly from us, email support@codonic.dev.
